Research hierarchy
- Certification documents, performance data sheets and manuals.
- Official product, warranty, returns and support information.
- Government or standards-body guidance where relevant.
- Independent testing and reputable editorial sources.
- Customer feedback used only as a signal—not as proof of performance.
Hands-on testing
We never imply personal use when we have not received or tested a product. Research-based reviews are clearly labelled. If a product is tested later, we state the conditions, duration, equipment and limitations.
Scores and awards
Coolora does not publish a numeric rating unless a documented scoring rubric has been applied. We do not create badges that could be confused with a third-party award.
Affiliate relationships
Affiliate compensation does not purchase a positive conclusion. Merchants may receive a factual correction opportunity, but they do not receive editorial approval rights unless content is explicitly sponsored—and sponsored content will be labelled.
Corrections
Material corrections are updated promptly, with the article’s modified date changed. Pricing and availability are treated as time-sensitive and should be rechecked on the merchant’s site.
